Security Division Kyowa Protection & Guarding Services includes the following: Extensive Human Resource Selection Process – Kyowa Security Officers undergo a criminal record check through a background check and detailed interviews before they are being hired. They will also be required to attain the pre-requisite certification requirements. Comprehensive Training Program – All Kyowa Security Officers are provided instructions on general security and given training specific to assigned duties. Each Kyowa Security Officer will under a security orientation tour of the site assigned. Reliability and Punctuality – Our 24 hours x 7 days (24/7) Operations Centre ensures all duty posts are manned as required. Operations Managers will in turn check on the reliability when they are on their rounds. Stability of Personal – Our ability to select, train and place Kyowa Security Officers at assignment best suited for their individual skills and competencies. We will provide with consistent and competent supervision which in turn reduces turnover, thus, results in a Kyowa Security Officer who is familiar with your customers, policies and staffs. Responsive and Resourceful – Our Operations Managers and Kyowa Security Supervisors work together with the clients to evaluate our Security officers performances and to ensure incidents/situations at all assignments are quickly identified, recorded and corrective measures/action taken. Management Support – Kyowa Management will manage the day-to-day operations and ensure effective supervision and immediate response to eventualities. We will regularly meet with your management to discuss and implement security polices/measures. 24-Hours Operations Centre – A 24-hour Command Centre helps to maintain continuous communication with your site and this linkage enables us to instantly respond to any crisis. Customers are also assured of a definite link to our Operation and Management Staff.

Audit Patrol System To ensure that our Security Officers On-Duty is performing their duties as required, there are basically four levels of checks and audit conducted by the Management: Patrol Officer conducts the night patrol on the various assignments to monitor alertness
Operations Executives focus mainly on performance of expected duties and staff welfare; Operations Managers focus on job and service quality; and Senior Operations Manager surprise visits and focuses on job compliance and feedbacks. In addition to this, the Senior Management Team further conducts audit checks. This is to ensure there is proper adherence to the required service quality and operations at the assignments. |

Cleaning Division Our Cleaning Department has many years of experience and exposure in the cleaning industry. Being an innovative company, we are always experimenting with the latest cleaning methods, chemicals materials and equipment in order to provide a more effective service. It is being supervised by our Cleaning Supervisor who conducts frequent job evaluation, method study and supervision to ensure that an efficient service is provided. |

Security Training To enhance the competence and performance of our Security Officers greatly in carrying out their duties, we provide them the following: On the Job Training (OJT) Once the Security Officer is selected to perform his duty at the site, he will undergo OJT by SOM, OM or OE at the site. Kyowa Security will also systematically send its full-time trainer to all the sites to further educate the Security Officers and ensure they are familiar with their duties. In House Training ( IST) To keep abreast with new security awareness and refresh our men on the required security knowledge especially in the face of terrorism threat, we have set up an in-house training unit. This enables us to systematically re-train and refresh the security staff who may have taken their security certificate long time ago. All our Security Personnel are required to attend the In-House Training once a year. Asides from the abovementioned training, we are also sending our Security Officers for special training like Fire-Fighting, Customer Service, First Aid, Supervise Security Officers, conducting threatening behaviour, conducting crowd and traffic control and some other trainings that is being needed to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently |
